Snap Air Conditioning won ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2024 CAVC awards ceremony, as well as an award for one of their talented Apprentice’s; Liam Bush, who has been working really hard both in college and on site.
Snap Air Conditioning really believe in giving back to the industry and recognise the importance that investing in young talent can bring. They continue to encourage future generations of engineers in an industry that is short of good, reliable, skilled people.
Snap Air Conditioning have built an excellent working relationship with Cardiff and Vale College and the Work Based learning team, over the last several years.
In 2015, after several years working together at their previous companies, Peter & Nathan combined their skills and knowledge and made the decision to build their own business in Snap Air Conditioning.
The company has gone from strength to strength since 2015, recruiting and training highly skilled members of staff in the Air Conditioning industry.
The staff includes many Apprentices, that were put through Cardiff & Vale College and all of whom are still with the company today and excelling at their roles.
