Residential Air Conditioning

Residential Air Conditioning

By far the biggest surge in sales enquiries over the past few summers have been in the residential market. Homeowners now understand are far more aware of the importance of clean filtered air within the place they spend the majority of their time; In the home.

Because of the surge in demand, manufacturers are producing far more aesthetically pleasing AC systems suitable for residential environments. That not only cool, but heat and clean the air using ION and plasma filtration systems. This is particularly good news for hay fever and allergy sufferers that can’t cope with windows being left open, which can introduce further dust, pollen and noise pollution.

We have installed systems of all types, from colour coded wall mounted systems to match the internal decor of the room, mirrored finished systems. The most recently completed project included a concealed ducted fan coils that was installed in the attic and out of sight, which helped provide cool clean air for all of the first floor bedroom areas.

As with all of our designed work, all systems are rated Energy label A+ and come with a 7 year warranty.

Warmer weather is a welcome feeling, and anticipating this, we sought the services of Snap Services, with the professional and helpful survey engineer, visiting our home to offer his advice on the best system for us. The perennial image of the industrial units, as unsightly as they are noisy, is a thing of the past, with wonderfully sleek and modern units now available, which are barely audible to the naked ear !

We opted for the black Mitsubishi , which fits seamlessly into our bedroom, complemented by an unobtrusive exterior unit, both of which work incredibly quietly and discretely.

Special mention must be made to the install team, nothing was too much trouble and they were first class both in their installation and follow-up.
